Confirmed sportsman, passionate and in particular ex-high level footballer (Stade de Reims). It is in this sport that I have known the taste for effort, surpassing oneself, rigor, lifestyle, strength of character. I then practiced and developed a passion for bodybuilding and fitness, sports that increase self-esteem, self-confidence and instill real well-being.

These are all these values that I wish to transmit through my profession.

My years of study allowed me to develop and enrich my knowledge in training methods, anatomy, physiology and nutrition in places such as INSEP.

Finally, convinced of the therapeutic effects of sport, I decided to study Sport-health in Paris.

Aware of the need for relaxation of athletes but also of the general population stressed by work, I decided to also orient myself in well-being, this is why I followed massage training at the Institute French Human Sciences (IFSH), center approved by the French federation of well-being massage.
